Ferry Holdings Limited (FHL) is subject to the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA).
We are a Crown entity under Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989. This means official information that we hold can be requested for release under the Official Information Act 1982. We also proactively release information.
Ferry Holdings may publish responses to Official Information Act (OIA) requests after we have sent the response to the requestor.
