Executive Leader

Paul Silk is the interim Chief Executive of Ferry Holdings Limited, a new entity established by the New Zealand Government with responsibility for enabling the affordable delivery of Interislander ferries, and related port infrastructure, to enter service in 2029. Previously Paul was the Acting Chief Executive of Christchurch City Holdings Limited, responsible for managing the city’s major infrastructure assets across the port, airport, electricity distribution, telecommunications, network infrastructure maintenance, and waste management.

Paul brings his proven strategic leadership, critical thinking, problem solving commercial management, and investment expertise within the global financial markets and New Zealand infrastructure sector to the role.
