James leads Ferry Holdings’ enabling corporate functions, including governance, human resources, IT, communications and stakeholder engagement, government relations, and the Programme Management Office. With senior experience across public and private sectors, he ensures the company’s operations align with its long-term strategy and public accountability. James was a

member of the Treasury that supported the Government’s decision to establish Ferry Holdings, and prior to that led the team that established the National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Agency. James holds degrees in law and commerce and is known for his strategic, collaborative approach to delivering complex infrastructure outcomes.
