General Manager – Infrastructure

Harry Singh joined Ferry Holdings in December 2025 as General Manager – Infrastructure, bringing over 15 years of experience delivering major transport, rail, and energy projects across New Zealand and Australia. He leads the development of landside infrastructure for the Cook Strait Ferry Replacement Programme.

Prior to joining Ferry Holdings, Harry held senior roles at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi and KiwiRail, with earlier engineering positions at Fletcher Construction, Transpower, and UGL. He is recognised for his collaborative leadership and strong commercial and stakeholder management expertise.
