Richard Hickman leads infrastructure delivery at Ferry Holdings, overseeing the integration of complex transport assets across rail, port, and maritime environments. A chartered engineer and experienced project director, he has delivered horizontal and vertical infrastructure projects across complex environments for over 20 years. Richard brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning—most recently shaping delivery frameworks for the Cook Strait Ferry Replacement Programme.
